Waterfox
Waterfox is a UK-built browser based on Firefox's engine, with telemetry off by default and private DNS to hide your browsing from your provider. It became independent again in 2023 after a period of US ownership.

It's a small, community-scale team rather than a company with major resources, and there's no iOS version since Apple doesn't allow other browser engines there.
